Private course
In this private course you will gain insight into the art of manual praline production.
You make your own cut pralines, nougat pralines, various truffles (some hand-rolled) and fruit pralines with and without alcohol and decorate them to suit the season. Prefabricated hollow chocolate bodies are used for this.
If you are interested, we can then cast the hollow bodies yourselves using polycarbonate molds. These chocolates then have an extraordinary shine.
The fillings will be discussed with you in advance.
Our course leader will provide you with information and support you throughout.
All recipes can be easily made at home and without purchasing a lot of equipment.
You can of course take the chocolates produced during the course home with you.
